Shaun Hibbert-Head Pro
Shaun has over 30 years tennis coaching experience. He is an Advanced Level II Club Professional Coach qualified through Tennis Australia. He has coached state, national and international champions, including wheelchair and PWID athletes. Shaun also holds a Bachelors Degree in Education, bringing a strong understanding and knowledge in learning styles to his coaching. Shaun is Head coach of the Endeavour Sports High Tennis Team who are NSW CHS State Champions and finalists at the Australian All School Championships.
Ayden McCarthy - Strength & Conditioning Coach
Ayden has been coaching tennis for over a decade. He holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science, a Masters in Strength and Conditioning and is a current PHD Candidate. He is also ASCA Level II (strength & conditioning) and ESSA accredited. Ayden brings a wealth of knowledge to the tennis court from both a technical and physiological view point. Ayden has worked with state and national junior champions as well as internationally ranked wheelchair and PWID athletes. His passion for the biomechanics of an individual athlete are evident in his approach to coaching and training.
Taj is our highest internationally ranked player at the Academy. Taj is currently attending a DIV 1 college in the US on a full scholarship. He has trained with the Academy since the beginning of his tennis career. His UTR ranks him in the top 4 juniors in Australia, competing at both Australian Nationals and International competitions. Taj has been a part of the Tennis Australia National Academy since he was 10 years old. When Taj is not travelling for tennis, he coaches our junior development squads and provides hitting sessions for players wanting to improve their game against one of the best junior players in the country.

Jesse Richardson
Jesse has been an integral member of our coaching team for over 12 years. He is a highly skilled coach who has coached players at state level. Jesse holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and has worked within the local Shire community for the past 6 years. He has a strong passion for working with children in the early development of their tennis journey and building their love of the great game. Jesse has a nurturing and compassionate manner with his students and easily relates to his students.
Jy is one of our internationally ranked players at the Academy. Jy is currently attending Division 1 college, USI in the US on a full scholarship. He has trained with the Academy since the beginning of his tennis career. Jy’s current achievements include strong performances at the Pizza Cup, where he continues to represent the Academy on the international stage. He has consistently competed at a high level, showcasing his talent against top players from around the world. When Jy is not travelling for tennis, he coaches our junior development squads and provides hitting sessions for players looking to test themselves against one of the most competitive players to come through the Academy.

Kalani Hibbert
Kalani is a standout leader and player at the Academy. He is the captain of the Endeavour Sports High School men’s tennis team, who have won three straight state titles under his leadership. Kalani has travelled all across Australia competing at a high level, gaining invaluable experience against some of the country’s best players. He brings this wealth of expertise and competitive edge into his coaching, where he works with our junior development squads and provides hitting sessions for players looking to improve their game. Kalani’s dedication, leadership, and passion for tennis make him an incredible role model for our younger players.
